Interest rate fluctuations 1.10: Deposit interest rates continue to increase rapidly

The market currently has 9 banks listing interest rates from 6%/year with no deposit conditions required.

NCB leads the market with an interest rate of 6.15%/year, term 18-36 months.

For the 18-month term, DongA Bank, HDBank and OceanBank currently maintain high interest rates “near the peak” of 6.1%/year (18-month term).

Next is Bac A Bank with an interest rate of 6.05%/year (18 month term).

Finally, there are SaiGonbank and BaovietBank with interest rates of 6.0%/year (18 month term).

With a 36-month term, NCB continues to apply an interest rate of 6.15%/year.

OceanBank, Saigonbank, SHB, Dong A Bank all maintain interest rates of 6.1%/year.

Bac A Bank pays an interest rate of 6.05%/year for a 36-month term.

BVBank, BaovietBank and OCB currently list interest rates of 6.0%/year for this term.

Special interest rate up to 9.5%/year

PVCombank applies the highest interest rates in the market, up to 9.5%/year for customers who deposit savings for 12-13 month terms with an amount of VND 2,000 billion or more.

DongA Bank maintains the “special interest rate” at 7.5%/year for a 13-month term, 2.2%/year higher than the normal interest rate, with the condition that the balance is from 200 billion VND.

MSB pays an interest rate of 7.0%/year to customers with a minimum balance of VND 500 billion and deposits with a term of 12-13 months.

HDBank lists interest rates of 8.1%/year for 13-month terms and 7.7%/year for 12-month terms, applicable to deposits of 500 billion VND or more, interest rates higher than 2. 3%-2.5%/year compared to HDBank. according to the interest rate at the counter.
